Valencia, CA, Saturday, January 22, 2005 - Chiquita Canyon sponsored the 7^th Annual Elks Charity Roast, a fun-filled event featuring a roast of the guest of honor Bob Hudson, chief financial officer of Henry Mayo Newhall Memorial Hospital. All event proceeds benefit the Samuel Dixon Family Health Center, a non-profit community health care provider in Val Verde that Chiquita Canyon has supported for many years. The mission of the Samuel Dixon Family Health Center is to enhance wellness by providing quality health care services and health education to uninsured residents in the Santa Clarita Valley, including families in Val Verde.
